Resolving disputes concerning declared services
The Queensland access regime established by part 5 of the Queensland Competition Authority Act 1997 (QCA Act) provides for parties negotiating access to declared services to bring disputes to the QCA for resolution.
We have published:
- a general guide to access disputes under the QCA Act
- an arbitration guideline specifically relating to disputes concerning the declared service at Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal.
We also prepared a pool of mediators who may be able to assist parties in resolving disputes relating to services declared for access under part 5 of the QCA Act.
