On 20 May 2013, we approved DBCT Management’s 2013–14 ARR and NECAP expenditure applications, providing for an ARR of $250,409,306 and TIC of $2.9875, effective from 1 July 2013.
This is inclusive of $555,699 and $0.0065 per tonne respectively of the cost of the DBCT post-85 million tonnes per annum expansion study that was approved by us earlier.
On 15 May 2013, DBCT Management sought approval of around $11.3 million of NECAP expenditure for 2012–13. Separately, on the same date, DBCT Management formally requested that we approve its ARR roll forward calculation for 2013–14.
