Aurizon Network submitted a draft amending access undertaking seeking to amend the Blackwater system’s reference tariffs and volumes, so as to implement expansion pricing for the Meteor Downs South mine (the MDS pricing DAAU).
In accordance with section 146 of the QCA Act, we conducted an investigation to decide whether to approve, or refuse to approve, the MDS pricing DAAU.
We approved the DAAU on 17 December 2020.
