Retail electricity prices in south east and regional Queensland

On 24 October 2017 the Minister for Energy, Biofuels and Water Supply directed us to provide advice comparing electricity prices for residential customers in south east Queensland (SEQ) with prices determined by the QCA for regional Queensland.
