On 9 November 2017,we made a final decision to approve Aurizon Network’s draft amending access undertaking (DAAU) to extend the terminating date of the 2016 access undertaking by six months.
The 2016 access undertaking would thereby terminate on the earlier of 30 June 2018, or the date on which a replacement undertaking takes effect.

On 28 September 2017, Aurizon Network submitted a draft amending access undertaking (DAAU) to extend the terminating date of its 2016 access undertaking from 31 December 2017 to the earlier of 30 June 2018, or the date on which a replacement undertaking takes effect.
We invited comments on the DAAU, to be submitted to us by 25 October 2017.
