Adjustment charges 2016–17

On 13 December 2016, Aurizon Network sought the QCA’s approval on proposed adjustment charges for 2016–17.

The charges, totalling $4.5 million, were to be recovered from access holders in the Central Queensland coal network (CQCN) systems.

To support its application, Aurizon Network submitted an explanatory memorandum and a financial model of specific information on individual train services.

On 16 February 2017, we approved Aurizon Network’s proposed adjustment charges for 2016–17, which were recovered from or repaid to access holders concurrent with the invoicing of access charges for February 2017.
